Aquarius offers two housing options in France: student residences & homestays
You are a student or a young worker (18-35), you plan to be in France for a language course, a work program, an internship or on vacation. Are you looking for a place to stay? We offer:
Independent (one person) furnished studios in student residences
in the following cities:

Residences are located in the city or outside (prices vary accordingly). Each studio has basic furniture, a kitchen as well as an independent bathroom, and you can easily access Internet (Wifi connection). Surface: between 18 and 23 square meters. Linen is provided. All the residences have a laundry. Minimum stay is one month.
Prices:
- Studios: between 400 and 750 Euros/month
- Electricity: 50 Euros/month
- Insurance: 50 Euros for the whole stay
- Aquarius admin fee: 150 Euros
A security deposit of 800 Euros will be requested with your payment. The security deposit will be returned to you, if nothing has been damaged, between one and two months after you quit the studio.
Videos of the residences are available on request! You must book your studio at least one month before arrival in France.
A detailed contract between you, the residence and Aquarius will be signed on arrival.
