You can select your program here below to access the application/s form/s. Please read carefully the content of the program/s that interest you.
Have you selected your program? Congratulations! You can now register. Registration must be done in two steps:
- Online enrollment -attention, the registration process is in
French- (to ensure a good connection, make sure your web browser is set
to allow pop-ups and that the JavaScript option is turned on):
- Complete the application form online (click on “Inscription en ligne” above, you will be able to proofread all your information at the end of the registration process)
- Print the form
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your application
- Send your completed file by postal mail to Aquarius
- Complete the remainder of the documents necessary for applying (look for the heading “Documents Required” on the application form for your program).
