Laurie
JOB USA 2009, New Jersey
“Hello, all has been positive. The information meeting on arrival was very good, and the hotel well placed. We received a lot of useful information. When I arrived at my job, the employers were very welcoming, and they have been like my family all this time. We work long hours but the experience has been very rich and the opportunity of meeting students from around the world has been fantastic. In summary, everything has been super and I encourage students to work with Mr & Mme BURLAGA (Mc Donald's) in New Jersey. Thank you for this experience!”
Myriam
JOB USA 2009, New Hampshire
"I well arrived on June 29th in New York. Since the weather was good, I took advantage of the 2 full days. The city is great! Two days later I was in the bus to New Hampshire. The weather was very bad there but the landscape fantastic! I am surrounded by mountains. I work in the kitchen and I help cooking 54 hours per week and sometimes more when I do extra hours. Everybody is very nice here so everything is fine. We are 5 people from France but there are also Slovenian, Croatian, Polish, and Chinese students. Atmosphere is very friendly and enriching, especially when we speak with American people!"

Jean-Marc
UCLA 2006, Los Angeles
"I met Xaviez Gonzalez in 2005 at a meeting in Paris at the “Club International des Jeunes a Paris”. A year later, I called him back and asked him to get me admitted to UCLA Extension. In less than three months this was done, and I enrolled in their Academic Intensive English program in the fall of 2006. I successfully completed my studies in two years, and I ultimately received one certificate in Advanced English (II) and one certificate in General Business Studies – concentration Entrepreneurship. When I arrived in Los Angeles, I faced a new set of challenges in terms of culture, language and societal norms. For these reasons, I decided to start a unique business, U in the USA, to deal with the inevitable challenges faced by virtually all international students and foreign exchange visitors in the United States. At U in the USA, we make life simplified for international students and foreign exchange visitors by providing a plethora of assistance in helping them get settled in and acclimated to American culture. With U in the USA, they can come to one place that has a mission to bridge the gap between cultures with services that increase a visitor’s peace of mind while they reduce anxiety and costs. Additionally they get to learn the culture, celebrate local holidays, taste local cuisine, travel to exciting destinations, and practice your language skills while making new friends and teaching others about your culture. JOB NEW ZEALAND 2006, Auckland
"Being
here for a few months, one has to adapt to many things, like the New
Zealand accent and speaking English on a daily basis. That being said
it has been a wonderful adventure."

WORK IN FRANCE 2006, Paris
"First
of all, I would like to thank the Aquarius team for giving me the
necessary tools to make my time in France a success. When I arrived, I
was a little disoriented. Fortunately for me, Aquarius gave me a very
warm welcome. I received very useful advice, especially in finding
housing and employment in France. The Aquarius team is always available
to answer our questions and to offer their help. I had a great
experience in France, thanks to Aquarius."
